Properly dressed and trained, this crew shall assist
your guests on the buffet table and make sure that
food is always refilled. They will collect used plates
and utensils and make sure that food area is clean.
They will ration the food on the buffet table and serve it
to lined-up guests. They will assist in the banquet
hall and attend to the needs of the party. They will perform other service-oriented tasks as arranged prior to the event. Maximum service time is 3 hours.
2-person Team : good for a party of 20-40 people.
4-person Team : good for a party of 40-60 people.
6-person Team : for large events of 60-100 people.
